Syntax: EXECUTE script OUTSIDE [tolerance]

Handles all elements that are outside or touch the boundary of a closed area. However, they cannot be inside the closed area, not even partly. The spatial elements must be inside the buffer zone specified by the tolerance parameter. The default tolerance is zero in which case, the spatial elements must touch the boundary.
